Holy crap! i just had like 6 random shut downs. WHY???????? could it be an anti-virus programe? this is so weird. it sued to behave normally ever since bought him a new power supply. and now it's doing it again!

Try setting your shut down temperature on the BIOS more high, it shows me 58°c, and my shutdown temperature was 75° and it used to get shut down without any warning, now it's on 110°c, and it's OK, although clearly at that temperature my motherboard wouldn't have a nice time...

i don't think it's temp thing. i just turned the computer on... i will have a look at it thought. just to see if there is actually a shotdown setting at all (motherboard is kind of old)

WildZepp, what size power supply do you have? I'd put money on your problem being that your hardware tries to draw more power than your PSU can give.
When doing normal stuff like browsing the web or playing cds, the power needed won't be much. But as soon as you start something more intensive, like the games you mention, the graphics card will demand more power. If it doesn't recieve it, the card will generate a power failure interrupt and the machine will stop working.
