A flash cart is a generic term for a number of different devices that can be used to run homebrew software on consoles like GBA and NDS.
Also to use the console for viewing movies and music. You can get them from various places, though don't expect retail stores to carry any. If I were you, I'd try eBay. The one I've got is a M3DS Real, and I've found its operation pretty satisfactory thus far. |
