Default Science Investigatory Project

I need help making my SIP for school, which is like a research paper. There are two kinds of SIPs, Pure and Applied. Pure ones are simply research, Applied ones have a use and have a product.

I'm going to the Applied one.
What invention would you like to see? (Must be simple enough....)
What problem pisses you off, but has a simple solution?

Here's a nice list of problems and their elegant and simple solutions, it's quite interesting

If I knew what Simple invention I wanted to see, I would DEFINITELY make it myself and get stinking rich out of it..

I wouldn't have a problem that pisses me off if I knew there was a simple solution to it..

Really... USE YOUR OWN IMAGINATION!!
That's all I can say about it....

(Maybe I would know a simple solution for a certain problem that pisses you off )

There probably is something, but the only thing I can be sure of is one I must produce a solution for myself (doubt you know anything about scripting GIMP filters anyway).

Perhaps lets approach the problem from a different angle.

To begin with, we don't know jack about your practical skills.
* What (if any) programming skills do you have?
* What (if any) mechanical skills?
* What (if any) electric skills?
* What (if any) electronic skills?
* Any other skills or experience applicable for this task?

Also, do you know anything about projects that have been entered in the previous SIPs? Especially worth your attention are ones that received exceptionally high notes AND the ones that receivedabysmally low ones (the latter so that you know what to avoid).
