I'm currently wasted a lot of time for stealing, so I'm some level behind you, but bought a RedRyder LE BB Gun, what works with my 3 STR.

Bishop's safe: Disarm the trap, unlock the safe, take its content. What's the big deal here? (Of course as Mr. Bishop is a real pickhead, you have to plan your visits considering having sex with Ms. Bishop (once) and Mrs. Bishop (twice).)

About Myron: he sucks anyway. He can make healing chems, but healing chems are plentyful, and more: super stimpacks have weight. So don't mind him too much, he's terrible fighter. He can use needler pistols and onehanded energy weapons if you want him (but then you'll want to hunt for the alien blaster, but that's tricky).

Moving NPCs: let them be partymembers or average NPCs, if you get stuck because of them, just click on them with the right mouse button. One of the icons will make them moving 1 step away from you (can be done unlimited times).
Some NPC doesn't have this option though. In that case just rest for 10 minutes in the PipBoy, and they'll 90% of the times move away.
Changing the distance will only help in case of partymembers if you set them closer then they are at the moment. I usually let them on long leash, that gives the best chance not getting stuck, or change the situation easily. (But it is possible even to push a whole crew through Arroyo's bridge if necessary.)

Yes, when missing with shots there is a chance hitting the wrong target. Deal with it, or change your party.

Westin: Go to NCR. Enter the city (not just the location!). On the western side of the maps there are electric fences. Behind one of them is Westin's ranch (ask the guard to let you in).

Sex: it is done through conversation. A second blackness happens, you're sometimes moved to a bed, and some floating text can appear too.
Btw an advice: if you need some sex-perk, hire mutants and/or dogs into your party, and visit the prostitute in Den.

Q3: Inside some buildings. Enter the location of Gecko, go north with one map, and look inside the houses. Come on, you can do this!

Granades: they are weapons. Put them into your hands, and attack with them as usual. But if you ask me the only use of them is to realise, you're just a highly advanced robot, instead of organic being.

This result in terrible battle against all guards of Bishop.
Real massacre.
Last battle with Metzger was piece of cake compared with that one..

No available so I was forced to choose Charisma.
Now it is 5 but no new man possible.
What to do, because I met more and more very heavy equipped some giant Paladins and like with Laser guns and Rocket launchers who immediately weep out my command and me.
Moreover they have HP more than 200 compared with my miserable 88?
How and where to find/buy these weapons?
- Additionally some very boring wizard, the keeper of the bridge, that one who send exploding cows non stop appearing at random places and ask me some Q?
- The policeman in NCR does not allow me access to Westin speaking that:

Actually the guy hireable in Gecko was mentioned as "Lenny, in the same room as Harold". He is a ghoul with SMG-usage and doctor skill (fat chance anyone took him back to heal Bess, LOL).

You can hire NPCs with this formula: Charisma/2, rounded down. We told you this earlier. Anyway, if you want an easy charisma, go to the Golgotha (location around New Reno. To have it on the map in case you don't have it right now ask Jules about drugs), and dig some graves until you find the Mirror Glasses. If you have those in you hands (not necessarily in your active hand, but having it only in your inventory won't work), you gain +1 charisma. (Or you can reload and choose another perk, but nah, I bet you want partymember now, and not ages later when you'll be provided by the use of memory modules.)

You need levels and more importantly: equipment. And some skills. Your best bet as next step will be Combat Armour (or you can search up San Francisco and buy Power Armors, but I think that'd ruin the feeling).
To get Combat Armour go to NCR, and if you're lucky, the shop in the city will have one set for sale (it has random chance, the shop's inventory is rolled when you enter the map in case the shop restocked since your last visit).
OR if you want free heavy equipment (Combat Armours, Big Guns, Energy Weapons, some better-quality Small Guns even) as I previously said go to New Reno, and start working for the Wrights. After you finish 1-2 quests for Mr. Wright you'll be trusted with the "Enter the Sierra Army Depo" quest. That puts a new location (SAD) on the map, where are tons of equipments (provided you can deal with the guard turrets at the gates, but they are not that fatal).

The Keeper of the bridge should appear only once. If you answer correctly he blows up and leave you a robe (what is a boody strong armour actually).
The exploding brahmins encounter is annoying and can appear more then once unfortunately. If you have better luck it is told to help, so if you didn't do that I advice you to go to NCR and get the Zeta-scan from the hubologist (gives you 2 permanent luck - or -1 luck, so save before trying).

To enter to Westin you either need recommendation from Dumont (NPC in NCR), or have the "Deliver Lynette's holodisc" quest from Vault City active.

Using Minigun depends on personal preference, your skillpercentage and the avaiability of ammo. Naturally, if you can not afford the ammo, you won't use the named weapon. The other thing to consider: have you good eough skill for another weaponclass to use those?

To add/remove money is the same as add/remove any other equipment in the barter window. If you pull item from a pack of equipment with more then one as amount, a popupwindow will appear where you can adjust the amount you want to move. To add money pull money from your personal inventory to your barter-inventory; and in case of removing do the other way. (But I must remember you that $ sometimes required in bigger amount. Some 20-30K $ will be enough for the whole game I think in your case, as I bet you won't want the improved implants as those lowers your charisma, but the regular implants you can find useful.)

The "escort the caravan" quest is THE hardest quest in the game (if you ask me), so better go prepared. I'd suggest for the sake of difficulty first eliminating the Raiders, then doing Vault 15 (Darion and his crew has some semi-serious equipments), and only THEN considering escorting the caravan (or maybe even doing the Military Base for a set of free Power Armour, but that location is also full of that kind of monstriosities).

The ghoul NPC is far worse than Myron. He can't use weapons effectively and moves very slooooooowly. Chances are high that you can't recruit him anymore, so don't waste your time. You need 6 charisma for recruiting a forth party member. If you don't like digging up graves (doesn't have negative consequences except an unimportant karma loss and the gravedigger status) another way to get the mirrored shades is wiping out the evil Salvatore family in New Reno (you can do their quests first for XP and money). The easiest way to recruit a 4th party member is: Go to Myron (or Marcus or Goris), save, take mentats to raise your charisma to 6 (reload when you get addicted) and have him join.

If you start with high endurance and take the "lifegiver" perk at level 12 you can also have that many hit points. But offensive perks are more important for you now. With a lucky critical hit (aiming at the eyes increases the chance to score a critical to over 60 percent) you can disable almost any monster instantly. To survive such battles you need good armor. Damage reduction from armor does apply to every single bullet. The easiest way to get such big weapons is killing their owners, but you don't need them.
If you get into too hard battles do other quests first, like the quests in Redding or Broken Hills. A big help for surviving battles is hardening your skin by boxing in New Reno, you can have up to 5 boxing fights and each of them grants high permanent damage reduction.

Hi, there,

I am level 18 (near to 19) and:
- Following the wise and well respected friend Kmonster
(we know each other from 7 years ago and let the Sun shines for ever in his eyes) directions I used 2 Mentats - I have 8 more- and (excuse me Kmonster) I joined the ghoul and doctor Lenny.
BTW he is not slow moving and haves very big HP. Then I armed this commando with Pistol.223. Sadly, he has 7 points only so does not acts with 2 shots. Never mind together with good old Sal they both a very power commandos.
But... (we always have some But... ha ha ) after 4-5 seconds, probably the influence of Mentats over, I met the problem that I have new member(s), Myron still is waiting to join, but can not join Lenny.
So I realized that till 20 - th level one member will be dismembered.
Gladly, this same moment Vic asked me for private conversation and informed me that he has some urgent deal with Valery. Voila!..
I ordered that Vic will left for a moment and tried experience of Lenny.
Excuse me, dear Kmonster noch ein mal.
Or me, Sal, Cas and Lenny started voyages to rise the level and at 20 level to acquire 1 more Charisma point to rejoin Vic.
