Found this topic accidentally. So, there is Discontinued Games section on Matrix Games forum. Can those games be considered abw indeed? Some are actually less than 10 years old.

If they're not sold, I think we could consider them abandonware. What do other mods think?

No. We need to evaluate them on a per-game basis - firstly, the rules specifically state we can only evaluate one game per thread; secondly, because one game might still be sold, but another might not.
