Default Old Adventure Game

I remember playing an old adventure game on the Apple IIe which started off with someone throwing a brick through your bedroom window, waking you up. The game was more, or less, like a choose your own adventure game.

I remember the brick thing, but that's all I remember about it, though

There was also some weird being which asked me a question, and if I answered it wrong, it killed me, I never answered it right though. I remember if I chose not to move out of the bed, I ended up dead from a brick to the head.

How old is this?

If it's really old, like 1980 old, the it could be Sierra Online's "Mystery House", which was released as the World's First Graphic Adventure!

If it had an outdoor maze at the start and a really bad parser, then it could be this.
The only other one I can think of that was on Apple IIe, and has you starting off at an house, is "Hugo's House of Horrors".

We could get the world's first graphic adventure working, as it's also compatible with the Zork engine: Z-code or Inform.

Someone's ported it across, according to WURB.

^This^ is a list of about 30 Apple II adventure games that are easily accessible, William.
Have a browse and see if you can find it, as some of them can be made to run on a PC or Mac with a little bit of fiddling around.

Plus, I'd be interested in what it is, too

It doesn't seem to be any of those.
