I need help, i dragged the file 'Relent' from Little Big Adventure (You have to double click relent for the game to start) into DOSBox but an error message comes up

''This application has failed to start because SDL.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.''

I have re-installed the game and still get this error message.

Please help.
