I would guess that most of Sid's games are not going to become abandonware for a very long time. yeah, you're right. Wishful thinking.
In fact, just recently I bought a 5-game set of Meier's best games that included SMAC. Sigh - I would looove to review it. Best damn strategy game ever. |

except that I have not seen Alien Crossfire for sale anywhere, online or otherwise. Centauri is still in stores, though.

Yes, but if we put up Alien Crossfire, we'll harm the distributors still selling Alpha Centauri.

Alpha Centauri [2014]
Have looked it up would like to request it, not sold on direct to drive anymore ( the guide to the game is not the actual game)
was on sold out software - not anymore same with gametap was taken off there Not sold thro any legal distribution channels ( steam, gamersgate etc) firaxis dont sell it EA own the rights not sold through any of their distribtuion networks ive sent 100s of emails and hit brick wall to try and get it sold legally All other google searches that have results come up nothing amazon charge 200 bucks for it u cant buy it new only 2nd hand same goes for ebay but sellers raise prices. Any chance of getting it up on Abandonia if not ill accept that and continue my crusade with EA to get it sold |
