I really enjoy the concept of this game, but it is a bit hard to figure it out.

Is there a manual for it? I checked replacement docs, but no joy. There are a few things that are a little confusing. (Mostly the propaganda operatives)

Anyway with messing around, I had fun sending my military operatives sabotaging random stuff, and assassinating random village chiefs.

Sadly we don't have the manual, but maybe someone will see this game here and decide to scan theirs. You never know in the world of old games.

Well I thought as much.

Anyway I did the in game tutorial, but it was quite lacking. So in the tutorial it shows that you can bribe an official to do a radio broadcast (tv, newspaper and etc., but out of all the games I've started; I have yet to start with any money.

Is there a way, to have you propaganda agents pump out their magic, without bribing?

I'll start scanning this one this weekend. Should be able to get it done by Monday.

You have to have some of your agents go out and steal money; bar clubs and embassies seems to be the best places to look.

I don't think it requires money to print posters and leaflets, though I'm really not sure.

I cant seem to get this to run. when I mount the CI folder and then enter CI into the command prompt I get:
C:\>\cen_intl\anim\play.exe
Illegal command: \cen_intl\anim\play.exe.

Its the same for any other program I try to run in the CI file. Other games are working fine. What should I do?

To be able to play this game you must mount the CI folder as the C: drive in Dosbox.
I.e mount c c:\dosgame\ci
Then C:\
Then ci.bat to launch the game.
In other words:
The game folder must be mounted directly as C: in dosbox.

Also be sure to extract ALL files and subdirs correctly, your game folder should look as this:
