As far as rating avatars and signatures go... don't really like the idea. Most of those're not the own person's mind and body put into it, and alot change them too often to rate, but not often enough to make the changing part of the avatar.

I never knew that song's name heh thanks for sharing, and this topic is a proof that some people do put their heart and mind into making avatar's and sig's , as something that represents them...

I'd use some shar color to make an edge of the dragon (silver or purple could do nicely). But I'm not to sure. I see it's missing something, but I'm really not sure how to improve it.
