Hello,

It's a game I played a long while ago and I can't remember the title.

It was set in Europe with a top view and you had a character that moved in a car/plane/train depending on the landscape.

You could travel through Europe and buy businesses in cities/towns (I even remember you had an image of the Loch Ness Monster (Nessie) in Scotland. At the start of each turn you had to roll a dice which was represented by a slot machine and you could play against the cpu or other players.

I remember one of the characters was a guy with a stylish mustache with a top hat.

I'm fairly sure that someone will identify it immediately

I remembered a bit more about it.

The guy with the mustache and top hat was the "evil" guy you were competing against and his name had like "Dr." in it or something. Dunno why but the name Drago comes to mind.

Nvm guys it is indeed "Dr. Drago's Madcap Chase". It came out of nowhere suddenly lol
