The one and only problem would be no.3.
Why? Because when you play Civ3 PBM (play by mail) you have to play only one turn per day!  k: |

There's rules options you can select to speed things up (like elimination, though that's annoying)

I'm still up for some Civ 3 if anyone else fancies it - the games we started before have fallen through, mainly because it's a hassle for UH to run the game. |
