For some reason when i try play X-Com Apoc with Dosbox in full screen mode, the screen is sort of over-stretched, in the main menu "All rights reserved, Microprose and X-com are registered" is at the very bottom of the screen meaning a large chunk is off the bottom which causes alot of problems while playing, anyone know how to fix this?

And this only happens in Full Window mode not in the smaller window mode

Dosbox.conf. Set fixed resolution in fullscreen mode and configure it to be 640x480.

@laicofar - that's not what he was talking about at all.

T5H has the right idea - set fullfixed=true and force the resolution to something smaller than your monitor settings. This also helps with the common issue with TFT monitors displaying off-centre.

His problem is that the graphics display so much offcenter that the game is completely unplayable. If you read his post carefully, you'll find mention that the problem occurs only in fullscreen mode, not in window.
