I am writing this message from my PDA just to see if I can. This free wifi on campus seems to work. If inly it was not so dreadfully slow.

LOL! I hope that was a joke - it's Niles Crane from Frasier, the far-superior (and rather superior in other ways...) spinoff from Cheers. There's also a great Family Guy moment when Brian is trying to make Peter more sophisticated:

Brian: "The left TV is tuned to Frasier, the right TV to Rikki Lake. If you so much as glance at the right TV, I'll give you 10,000 volts."

Niles (on TV):"Frasier, you're so curpulent that when you sit around the magnificently-appointed Tuscan villa, you sit AROUND the magnificently-appointed Tuscan villa!"

Peter: "Hey, I guess this IS the smartest show on TV!"

Rikki's Guest (on TV): "Rikki, that's my girlfriend - she ain't suppose' to be havin' no penis!"

Sorry for the -ness there. On-topic, the PDA seems to have worked OK...

I have tried that once but it failed to register most of my keystrokes. It sounds cool but it still needs to mature in order to be usefull. I am planning on buying a foldable keyboard so I can use my PDA as an laptop replacement.

As stated above my avatar is NOT a picture of me.

Actually, I spent ages trying to figure out who "Picard" was, because every time I saw your posts, I thought you were called Niles!

I think The Picard is the most mysterious Admin on Abandonia..... (That we see regularly)
I myself do not own a PDA, but it sounds very useful. Some of my classmates at school own the Nintendo DS that has an attatched chat function.
