Default Fifa Soccer Manager 1997, please insert CD ROM

hi. I'm downloaded FSM from abandonware, after done so, I did install the game. the game ask me to insert cd, so I decide to mount the ISO Images using WinCDEmu.

howewer, it still won't run and ask me to insert CD-ROM drive

what to do next?

So you downloaded the game from some other site and then came here to ask for help running it?


Anyway, the first download site I found has this comment:

Maybe that helps? Seems like a weird bug though, you'd think the installer would set the drive letter correctly. Maybe it's broken because it's a modified warez version?

I think, it would worth to mount ISO _before_ installing the game. And install from it. Just sayin'.

If the game is a RIP, under DOSBox try to mount the game folder BOTH as a harddrive and a CD-ROM. This will help with rips that still need MSCDEX.EXE to be present in order to work.

It's a Windows game, DOSBox won't help.
