It is indeed  k:  Sorry for the difficulty level, but I wanted you guys to work on this  A quick look-back: Is he double... -> hinted at James Bond (if anyone knew the song, they would have known by now, I thought) English band -> Now you'd look for an English band singing about JB ...where he lives... -> again, to help anyone, if any, who had heard the song, to remember. Try google for 'punk elephant Nellie' -> that will give you the name Toy Dolls, a quick read about them reveals they're English. That nails it. With the name Toy Dolls, all you needed to do was to search for a TD tune with the name James Bond in it... Voila! (at least, that was my thought...)

Uhmm the thing is you have to post the actual lyrics of the song, or at least part of the song, from the lyrics I've found on the net there's no is he double o 1, is he double o 2 part so I?ve actually found the song about James Bond but I wasn't sure if that was the one...
