Well, since no-one seems to want to post regarding this game, I'll have a go.

If you're wondering why there is such sporadic speech in Free D.C.!, the answer can be found in this excerpt from an original leaflet in the game's box (see MobyGames):

If the speech already included in the game is any indication, the speech expansion module probably wasn't worth whatever amount of money Cineplay charged for it!

I don't know, the acting might not be great but I enjoyed it. I don't know if I would pay for more speech...but maybe we should see about getting our hands on this expansion pack.

I agree with you on this point, DarthHelmet86! After all, we now live in DA FUTURE! (at least in relation to when Free D.C.! was originally released), and this is Abandonia after all - the more extras we can get which are 50MB or less, the better!
