There are many types of autism. Autism is more of a collective name for the syndroms.

I know many ppl also who have CP. ranges from those who just have trouble controling a hand, to those who are paralysed... same there.

But i agree.. that card was a little tooooooo general.

Well basically i have aspergers which is a form of autism diagnosed two months ago and no it isnt a joke , just wondered what sort of reaction people would give because of the most part its been a total secret

I think that's the reason for the card - it's to explain that someone with Asperger's wouldn't see that as being a jerk because of the way it affects your ability to comprehend social situations, particularly more complex ones.
