If you want to try another program to delete files that don't want to be deleted try Dr. Delete does essentially the same thing as hijackthis, but just as another suggestion.

Heh, I kind of fixed my problem, except still can't enter safe mode... :ranting:

wow my sister somehow got a bsod yesterday watching a dvd on the pc..
wow.. and I haven't had one in months.. and as usual, her first word when she got this was.. DAAAAAAANIIIIIEEEELLLLLLLL!!!!! and the tv was just getting good an' all..
