I am and Idiot! 5 years...
HOTU has the walktrough (I got it from a friend, as a part of his apple ROM collection, so I've never been on HOTU page of this game before, and google turns up empty).
it's dream.
now, can anyone tell me how do dreams make people timid, and how are they our shadows? :ranting:
Маразм кепчал!

EDIT: fear, how interesting for you to mentoin it, because it's an answer to a more logical riddle:
Hands I do not have, yet I grasp so tight.
I love darkness, my enemy is light.
Both the mighty and low know me well,
For in the hearts of men do I dwell!

Nightmares scare and affect everyone. The shadow part I do not know.

dreams are a reflection of our fears and hopes I guess, and our subconcious

apparently the designer of Crimson Crown thought more highly of his dreams than I do

I can understand that. After all it is our brain that conjurs up dreams, while sleeping we have no control over our brains and whether we dream of our fears or our hopes, our subconscience must be behind it.

But I don't believe that dreams have any meaning.

I'll have to play the game again, cause I can remember any of them.
I'll try playing during the week and post next weekend.

Anyone else is free to post.

P.S. If I see the riddle chances are I'll remember the answer, so you just got to ask me if you can't get it. I could also check the answer in the cheats. (Don't worry, I'll be honest if I used the cheat)

Edit: can't remember... I meant to say can't remember any of them.

Dreams have a meaning because they're your brain concerns displayed to when your superego is down. They might look screwed up since the way your brain views things might not be the same way that you do consciently. If you do try to understand your brain though, you'll find out a lot about yourself just by interpreting the dreams.

Dreams have a meaning, hmmm...
I think it's more like dreams having a source. Subtle difference.
