click on other multiplayer and choose TCP/IP* ...if u're the one who's hosting then click on host game ...if your friend s already hosting then choose join game and enter his ip
well i kown how to do that in a network (LAN) but never tryed over internet....

i remember finishing it some years ago, and i also finished the expansion-set. [/b][/quote]
it'sd the same thing..almost..
instead of inserting a LAN ip u must insert the WAN ip..

a very good combo is Paladin & Necromancer
I agree with you. My friend (Necromancer) and I (Paladin) did this al the time.
If you add in a Mage or archer thats even better. k:
yah it's seems the whole game is designed for the amazon. combines power with range attack with magic.

What?
The Amazon is always the hardest to temper for a perfect character.
Paladins are usually the most versatile, there's almost no way you can go wrong (unless you do lightning, you will almost always go wrong :bleh: )

since people talk about characters here....

i never played this game single player (except when i done some experimenting in 1st level.

so here is what i wonder. what lever are you supposed to be when you reach act two and what level when you reach act 3? by this supposed i mean tht you dont' replay qusst or go killing mosters just to reach the higher level.

because in my experience if you play in a party with at least one playe you level is usually lower when you get into next act. which is realyl stupid because mosters are the same or even higher level then if it was a single player game..

Here's a list.

Act 1 - 12-14
Act 2 - 18-20
Act 3 - 24-25
Act 4 - 27
Act 5 - 34 - 38

EDIT: Oops, forgot to mention these are the average levels when you finish those certain acts.

Um, what are you playing?
You must have spent hours playing on one act just to get to those levels.
If you follow the levels on the list, it'll bring the difficulty right around where it's supposed to be, level 30s aren't supposed to be running around in Act 3, it's far too easy, and it practicly ruins character development in some aspects as you keep pumping points into certain skills without being absolutly sure if you're going to need them, the different monsters in each act force you to think differently on skills, allowing you to get a larger arsenal of skills more befit to different situations.
This is the same reason why you should NEVER, EVER, get rushed.

I've been playing for a long time now (like, a year before LoD came out), so I've become very well aquainted with all of the skills, and what is worth while and not. I always do stupid experiments and stuff (Like a throw barb...whoah is that bizarre to do), but it didn't take me long to reach level 20 before act 2. It was actually very easy. You can do it with out having to exit the game and go monster hunting; I just made sure I always wiped out every monster in each area.
