Thanks for the answer! And what do I do when there's no river/lake on the landscape? Also, should I just place the irrigation ditches next to a side of the fields?

You got it! Thanks for the help. Had this game back when I was like 9 years old, but couldn't figure out what to do in it. A manual could come in handy with a game like this.
(Ps.: how come my avatar is not visible and my post count says n/a?) |

I see. It doesn't bother me, I figured it might be something like you mentioned, was just curious. Thanks again for the help!

awesome game, having trouble grasping it though (one of the disadvantages of being to young to play when it was out, or was it being too addicted to R rated games)

So is there any chance of getting the game's manual up on here? I remember playing this way back when, and even had a basic grasp of it, but now for the life of me I can't recall how everything works.
I guess I should consider myself lucky I learned how SimCity 2000 works via the manual as a kid and then kept on playing, otherwise I'd be equally stumped. |

If you have specific questions, feel free to ask, I'm pretty sure I remember some stuff since I've been able to play it without consulting the manual whenever I re-installed the thing.
I don't have the manual with me though (abroad for work). |

Maxis classics are done to learn how to play by trying and failing until you become the best farmer of the Simnation. I can count three armed revolts when playing Sin City 2000
