Default Machine Hunter [SOLD]

Top down shooter, 1997 MGM Interactive, Eurocom Ent.

played the demo a lot when i was like 12 years old or so...
Anyway, those "people" at MGM decided never to release it
in europe (save for the uk, dunno). Anyhow, i think it would
be a nice addition to the site... Feel free to reply...

Ok... But how about the expiration date on copyrights... Just because those people at CD access still have some in storage doesn't mean that the company itself sees it as a profit generating title? Commander keen's copyright expended somewhere in the late 20's (1995 i believe, hit me when i'm wrong) and that was about the same amount of time this game has been out of retail (save for cd access).

Does anyone know the exact amount of time it takes before a company declares the game "copyright free/freely distributable" ? I would reeeeally like to know

Thanks up front.

Last part of Commander Keen was published somewhere in 1992, if my memory serves right.
Parts 1 and 4 are actually free for distribution (and always were), parts 2-3 and 5 are still sold.
