still sold on the lucas arts webpage here: http://www.lucasarts.com/companystore/outlaws/

I know, because I've thought of it before and was sorely disappointed when it was not abandonware...but that's to be expected of Lucas Arts. I really liked that game, not just for the game play, but the sound track was very very cool....and the CD's played in CD Players so you could listen to just the music.

This game, not this one.

Never heard of Outlaws before, but after the screenshots, I must say it looks awesome, and without a doubt by Lucasarts (which's backed up by

That it's by Lucasarts means that it's still supported and definitely not abandonware though.

Thumbs up

What about Outlaws? I remember playing it in various computer places... It was indeed great!

The whole atmosphere, ahhh those cowboys...

This was already requested like...a day ago...and we all agreed that it is still sold on the lucas arts website, there for it can not be abandonware. Besides, Lucas Arts is very protective. Next time, try to searchbefore you ask for a game, because odds are it could have already been requested. k:

Does anyone remember the name of a western FPS that came out around 93 - 96 time.
It had quite cartoonish sort of graphics, but was a decent game.
Haven't played it in years, and haven't been able to find any trace of it since.
I seem to recall it was called "outlaw" but i could be wrong.

???

Outlaws. CDAccess has a few copies left, and possibly many other stores. http://www.cdaccess.com/html/quick/outlawspr.htm

EDIT: And of course Lucasarts is still selling it, too. http://www.lucasarts.com/companystore/outlaws/
