wait ..i read more about it..the reason you do not hear it is because your ears are already damaged. if youlisten to this sound and your ears hurt it means your system is saying"stop it! it's hurting me"
so..it's a sound that damages teens's ears

you can hear it, just enable equalizer in your player and raise 14k-16k a little

I can hear it only when I put my speakers very loud, so it's pretty useless for what it's purpose should be...

funny is, when you play it on speakers then move like meter away and rotate (yourself). you can hear it differently in different angles. try setting yourself in right position=)
