Hello all,

I just stumbled across this site due to reading an article on digg the other day, and I'm finding all sorts of cool games I used to play back in the day - it's really bringing back my childhood! And I thank this site very much for that

I think it would be neat to have a section that would list the games that you could play and (possibly) beat in under an hour. This would be a great section for old timers like myself who can't stand to play games for hours on end.

While we're at it, why not start the list here? Then perhaps once there is enough games in the list, it could be added to the site?

Please feel free to post your list of fun games that someone could beat in an hour. Thanks in advance!

Prince of persia - you HAVE TO finish it in an hour or the princess dies.

I think practically every arcade game that was ever made in the 70s and 80s, could be beaten within less than an hour.

EDIT: Even the pinball machines \o/ if you appreciate the stories they "tell" when you play them.

Hm, I think I could finish Maniac Mansion within an hour, but I'm not sure.

Tetris maybe?

And if you play MadTV "close-hauled" , I think you could be able to solve it within an hour.

I think that's too hardcore for a newbie... LOL DJ, I suggest that you go to the main site and list all games of genres such as Arcade, Action, Racing, Sports or The Crypt, whatever you prefer. In order to get the most interesting games at top, sort the list by popularity. For example.

5 Days a Stranger is pretty quickly played (about 15-20 minutes). And some text adventure games are also pretty short\easy.

Another World. You can finish it in ~16 minutes if you are good.
