More info would definetely help, including the approximate year of release and platforms. Plus, details about the game, any details.
Is it Black Tiger? http://www.mobygames.com/game/black-tiger/screenshots I have a few more. BAAL which is sci fi, but has a laser. eh, yes. Beyond the Ice Palace (one of the few scary arcade games of the time). |

Wow, I remember THAT game now. Xargon. Like alot of Epic games, it felt like they were trying to re-capture Jill of the Jungle and could never quite do it. I guess at least one person liked it.

Without a doubt this is the game. I have played it and have beaten it before. But I am not sure where to download it. HOTU used to have it.... but we all know what happened to them...
