Run the game in DOSBox. There's a tutorial stickied in Troubleshooting that should help you get started.

You forgot one very - VERY important piece of information: what is the actual problem you are experiencing.
Until you specify that, I can only point you to A Beginner's Guide to DOSBox.

My actual problem is:When i click in the button "Speak", the game freeze, not even using the DosBox i can solve this problem.

Open dosbox.conf and disable MPU-401 emulation and set Core to Normal.

Reduce DOSBox' memory size. Disable EMS, XMS and UMB.
