:eeeeeh: I don´t understand why are you doing such thing. The file should be permanently in that folder. Are you cutting and pasting from another folder?
Here is something you can do:
1- Click Start
2- Click Run
3- Write: c:\windows\repair
4- Click Accept
5- The autoxec.nt file is there. Copy and paste in c:\windows\system32
6- With the file copied right-click the file. Open properties and changue the read-only and hidden attributes. That´s to prevent this file will not delette again upon restart.

Good luck k:

Also, what stopped you from reading the sticky about this very file? It's right there at the top of the forum.

The sticky have absolutly nothing to do (or to help) about this problem. I suggest you read his problem a little better.

Pazzer: this is probably due to some malware installed on your computer. If you don't know what spywares and malwares are then I suggest you download Ad Aware SE Personal ASAP and run it.
