Ok. I have a HUGE problem. I seems to be that MediaFire killed my account AND all the Files I uploaded with it.

That includes ALL the MediaFire ISO Cellar files credited to me.
Now that it is ehh... well.... Mandatory that I re-up those files ASAP, I come to the following problem.

WHERE!!!

So that means I need some sort of File Host.

It's just that I'm quite picky.

Like it HAS TO HAVE:

- Large File Support (as in +100Mb*. Where talking ISO's here)
- Unlimited storage space (ALL Files in 1! Account)
- No Inactivity Limit (I want to Back-up personal UN-SHARED stuff As Well)
- No Download Limitations WHATSOEVER!!! (So by by RapidShare** )

* 100Mb as the Limit itself per file IS allowed
** I don't want to be an behind who gives you 100 Lousy Mb's evey so many hours.

As for the Final list of Decent Hosts I at least come to a Site called FileFront.

I just Don't know whether their TOS + The Files I'm planning to upload there will add up properly.
(How do they look at AbandonWare?)
Hence the Fact I haven't used it for ISO Sharing (yet).

Also I'm afraid My FileFront account is a bit TOO public.
As in when I give one Download I might Give out ALL files in the Account.

Can anyone help me in the "Quest for the Ultimate File Host"??

As I begin to know you, you seem to have forgot an important thingy:
Must be free of charge.

And that's the problem I'm affraid for what you ask.
A 100 % sure way of storing your files for free on a webserver, mmmm, nope, not really.

If you want to pay for that service, yes, plenty reliable providers of those around, and if you pay enough they even backup all your files, twice or triple, on several HDs for security, but not free of charge.

For what it's worth:
I have several (damned even whole pile of them) ISOs stored on GMail, never let me down t'll now.
If you want (or need) an invite just say so.
Drawback on GMail: when you provide the link you also must give the passw for that account, so ...... don't really think it's interesting for you. In fact you can only share those with people you trust.

I think that is quite trivial.

Btw. There are now Quite some Games in the ISO Cellar hat LOST their mirror.
I need to re-upload them for YOU GUY'S.

Since I hold the original CD'S.

So How long will you two delay me in finding a a Good host so I can start Re-upping those precious ISO's back out of oblivion??

Try this one. It's just like Imageshack, but you can upload everything just like that, up to max. 1GB. The files are deleted after 25 days of no downloading (inactive) them, though, so there have to be people downloading them from time to time.
With occasional uploading without account - good for big, complete ISO's but bad for ISO's split into many small parts, as each uploaded file is assigned it's own link. Never registered there so can't say that much about the account options, but if you sign up for a free account the files are deleted only after 45 days of no downloading them. Files with premium account are of course never deleted, but you have to pay monthly.

Hey! I just went through my bookmarks and Noticed that I have a free account on megashares.

And after all the personal inactivity there seems to be 1 public file left on there.
Seems to be some activation/serial code txt file.

Great Limits for Uploading. 1,5Gb! :w00t:
But how about the Downloading????....... Like 250Mb (or so) per PassPort?

Only those Pricey LinkCards allow you to Download FullSize. <_<

Damn, I don't like Inactivity or Capping the Free Downloader (You guys), but this Looks like a good one.
Right??
