Default Flash Drive space missing after formatting Flash Drive

I wanted to format my flash drive to use NTFS instead of FAT32, now after i formatted my flash drive, its 3.52 GBs instead of around 7.49 GBs, is there any way possible to recover this missing space?

EDIT: i went to disk management and found 4GBs unallocated, how do i allocate this space?

EDITelete this thread, I used the Lexar tool to regain this space
