Well to start off with the site is very good i really like it but i find it annoying since i have windows xp that i can't use the bootdisk because i do not like vdmsound and doxbox i would like to suggfest that the abaonia boot disk is activley developed so that it can acess ntfs partions because there is a way to put together a collection of utilitys to make this possible also if the admin agress we might be able do setup a team to develope and sort out the bootdisk so it is perfect well that is my suggestion

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, since I believe we already have an abandonia boot disk. It was kind of hard to understand you post since you are still failing to utilize the latest and greatest invention now on my keyboards with the name of "punctuation." You want the boot disk set up so that it can work with partitions or something like that? I don't know why you don't just use DOSBox or VDMSound, because I think they work great. If you really don't like it, you can just drag and drop the game file you want to play over the DOSBox launch window.

Unless, of course, you are offering to make the bootdisk how you want it. I'm sure the admins already have a lot on their plate as it is.

I agree with Reamus. What exactly are you asking for?

A bootdisk for XP, I think. Such a thing seems utterly unnecessary to me, since any machine above the minimum requirements for XP will probably be better off running DOSBox, even if an XP bootdisk exists, which I doubt since it doesn't have any proper DOS bits left in it.

I don't think that would work, Tom. I tried to ask Win98 that three times already (if my memory serves me correctly).

It seems Win (dozer) was asking to add something to the current bootdisk that would enable it to read NTFS partitions. He also seems to think that several applications are neccesary for this (ROTFL).
