I didn't know whether to post this in another topic or make a topic of my own because at present I only have one drawing! It is in my favourite medium which happens to br blue bire, I like it because it does thin lines like pencil but doesn't smudge and always stays the same thickness, I don't write in biro, I wwrite in fountain pen but fountain pen ink would smudge.

This is my first drawing, I did it at 3am taday because I couldn't sleep, it is of my cuddly monkey which I've had since forever sitting on the end of my bed.

I'd like to hear your feedback/opinions/advice/abuse.

I think it's a nice drawing. It doesn't look real though, but if it's a teddy monkey you have drawn, that's alright. Nice job... draw some more for us! k:

If it's the first drawing you have made, I would say you have some real talent.

Yeah keep drawing. You'll eventually get frustrated and give up.

I liek the drawing. It kindda remeins me of a song:
Me and My Monkey - by Robbie Williams (and I don't acctually like his songs)
By the way, you never showed us your "computer graphic" from you signature.
I bet it goes something like this:

READY.
10 PRINT "Havell is cool"
20 GOTO 10
RUN
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
Havell is cool
BREAK

READY.

Yamcha's avatar inspired me to jump back into the deep, dark depths of pixel art!

I just got the Gimp about an hour ago and I couldn't be bothered to read any of the tutorials! I decided to figure out how it worked by myself (I've never really used an advanced graphics package like the Gimp before) from all that fumbling around with layers, rotating and cropping churned out this signature! (the colours are a little crappy, that's because it's a gif, I'll sort them out later, maybe)
