At first its a bit crap cos it just drops you into the game but once u get the hang of it its quite good i think anyway. I find it best to not bother with the trading n go take over some stars just so long as you keep an eye on your: ammo supplies (for launching fighters+mercs) water(for mercenaries and fighters) artifacts(mercenaries only) and i think the other supply for fighters is food. The water and artifacts or food supplies is calculated each market year, fuel is deducted per jump.

Axiom: all games from Microprose are awesome.
Minor premise: this game is from Microprose. Conclusion: this game is awesome.  You can't argue with axioms or their logical consequences. Just rated this game 5. PS: I never played this game. LOL

Some virus programmes view old DOS files as viruses for some reason. It could be that.
