merchant prince of venice --- ran like crud
first it crashed on load, and took dosbox with it then with loadfix -d it would load the intro, then crash and take dosbox with it as soon as i moved my mouse ... arrrghhhhh final fix - replace dos4gw (v1.97?) which isn't a hundred percent compatible with dos box with dos32a - open source replacement for dos4gw, which will actually handle the 64 megs of ram i assigned to dosbox. unlike as far as i know ALL versions of dos4gw 2.whatever and less http://dos32a.narechk.net/index_en.html simply delete the dos4gw.exe file in the prince game directory, copy in dos32a.exe and rename it to dos4gw.exe it works awesome now. i suspect this solution will work for a lot of other games that crap out, gonna try it on "the horde" which i have not yet been able to run in dosbox longer then 5 seconds .... k: |

I tried Dos32A once. Not only didn't help much, but also caused a lot of crashes on its own.
