Default Programmable Robot games?

Hey all.

I was wondering if anyone could think of something similar to this type of game.

(warning, these guys are painfully stupid at playing this puzzle)

Or perhaps something like Wonder Project J for SNES.

I guess I'm hoping for something you can program and then just watch what it does.

Thanks for reading.

Cheers.

Indeed there is a similar game (just similar) to that one for the Commodore 64. Of course I can't remember the name right now, but give me a night to sleep over it and it'll come to my mind.

EDIT:
PARADROID OF COURSE!

Wow. That looks amazing! <3

Unfortunately I'm looking for something that I can play on my 5 year old tablet that can only run Dosbox.

I'll definitely check this out on my PC though.

Thanks!

It IS amazing, but kind of difficult, though. It's defnitly worth it.

Carnage Heart for PSX.
For DOS, there is Omega... and I'm not sure anything else. I've seen something called "AT Robots" at one point.
I've also read somewhere about a game where you program "viruses" that fight each other over a block of memory in attempt to outlast each other.

On the "logic circuit" front, there are Rocky's Boots, Robot Odyssey, both of which we have on AB and also Gate: http://quinndunki.com/OGOL/GATE.html

I'm unable to confirm, but from those brief descriptions (and my poor memory) I suspect that Star Wars games Pit Droids and DroidWorks should feature this "program your robot to solve the puzzle" gameplay.

Omygosh.

Thank you so much for all the great links everyone provided.

I currently have been playing Robozzle in my tablets web browser.

This wasn't exactly something that I was looking for and you all found much better ones instead.

Thanks again.
