i have a movie i would like to burn on disc but it is svcd..there is 2 parts and are both bin files how can i join them together ????

You cannot. BIN files are disc images. Use a program like Nero to record the CD's from the image files.

You may well have smaller .cue files to go with them if they were multi-track images, and if so make sure Nero finds them or you'll be coasterising your discs.

Not necessarily, Nero can burn BINs properly, if the Foreign Image settings are correct. In any case, you can use something like UltraISO to convert to NRG.
