Hmmmn. Yes..I read all of that, however it seems that to have the word"Grammar" under ones' avatar does not necessarily mean that THAT person uses correct grammar.. eg "was ran over" (was..past tense; ran..present tense)

Having the 'Grammar' userbar means you belong to the Grammar Squad.
Being part of the Grammar Squad means that you should regularly help check reviews for grammar mistakes in the Grammar Forum.

Yes Acethor, but surely it is presumptuous to correct others (grammatically) when one cannot correct oneself? Or is it a case of "do as I say" and not "do as I do"
