DOSBox has a Mac version.
So if you can run it in DOSBox, you can run it on a Mac. http://www.dosbox.com/download.php?main=1

I remember quite well the first time i´ve played this game, it really was something else, I spent endless hours playing this game, with my cousins, friends and alone, it was my favourite pc game for years. I think i´m going to start playing this again
