[AlienKetchup] Arctic Adventures
Hello
I'm desperately searching for this game i remember playing about 10-12 years ago. I don't really have any experience with Win 3.1, so I don't know if it's normal, but I remember you had to write some code or something to get in the game before windows loaded properly. Anyways, the game was a sidescroller/platform game where you controlled a cowboy, running around looking for keys to get to the next level. On some levels, you could get a piece of a map, and when you collected all four pieces you either won the game or traveled to a new world. I think you also had a gun, but somehow I don't remember any enemies to shoot at... In a lot of ways the game is very similar to the game "I wanna be the guy", but obviously not that difficult |

No, it's not Toy Story. Thanks for trying though
As far as the graphics goes, it was very basic, with little color and details. (Or maybe i just don't remember any...) Also, I'm calling him a cowboy because I remember him having a hat that looked like a cowboy hat, not sure if he really was a cowboy or not. |

Maybe it has something to do with Beebop? You know, that strange green cactus (I think?) cowbow that I've seen a few times and who belong to a very old TV show...

A shareware port of Solomon's Key, maybe?

Wow I thought I finally found it when I first saw the PC-booter screens of Solomon's Key, but it wasn't the right one after all It's incredibly similar though, at least graphics-wise, except for the annoying background. I think the game I'm looking for had a black/dark calm background, surely not that confusing.
I couldn't find any games based on Beebop, I can't really say I've heard of him at all actually |
