i find it funny that a crazy powermonger hated the world over for crimes against humanity, can hold two full terms in the most powerful nation ever, under the banner of democracy and freedom., from what I know, he won the election off of national security and basically played the religion card, funny cause his foriegn policies are about as religious based as the satanic bible.

Not sure if that's funny or sad....

At least, both times results were very close, so there is still a chance for life here... LOL

heh Remolade on fries.. that's so Danish :bleh:

I dont' dip my fries in anything. My family makes cocktail-sauce (mayo, ketchup, paprika-spice, brown mustard mixed together) and dips it in.. i don't like it.

And bidets.. my god! Why not just taking a bath?? they're creepy.

I read somewhere that the pizza was "invented" by poor greece people. Just bread with cheese and toppings, heated. Basic pizza. Then the Romans saw it, and later it became "snobby" food amongst the romans.

And I love eating puffins!! So tasty!! Too bad I can't get them here in the city

About whales. Icelanders used to hunt them for years. In fact, I know one of the guys who was leading in it, and he still has 12 whale-hunting ships. Now it's forbidden, although last year, the goverment allowed people to hunt certain number of whales. I can't remember how many.. I've never tasted whale-meat.
But when I was a kid, I ate shark-meat like candy!! :bleh:

It's quite a while back in the thread, but I've done that plenty of times .

I find most of the things people eat in America bizarre, I'm having trouble getting used to these greasy fatty things that're spread about the place.

I found myself gagging sometimes, it's just overflowing with various condiments and items its... ugh.

I wouldn't know never had horse,

Anyway, another odd thing I've noticed is why the Media in North America is so obessed about finding out the truth to everything, no matter the cost, even if they have to smear the truth to get the story across, always bothers me at times, when it happens, I can understand it's their job, but sometimes they can go a bit overboard.

Here it's quite common. But I don't eat it personally.
