First of all, let me thank the person who erased the files. You've helped me make a very important step in the development of abandonia. Within the next week I will try to decentralize the server holding games, and the one holding pictures, files and the database. This will make browsing & downloading faster, while making sure these things never happen again since the new server will have virtual FTP access. I don't know who did it or why, but my guess is it was someone from this forum to whom I've given FTP access. Not a very nice way to repay my trust. To everyone else, please have patience for a few days while I sort everything out!

Why would anyone do such a thing?? What do this persons think they prove?! All those with so much evil in their heart, enough to do such harm just to prove something sick, like that they are great "hackers", prove only what sick minds they are and how much hated they are from anyone else. I hope the best for the site... be well.

Everything will be up & running like new before sunrise! Would be earlier if I had more upload bandwith.... oh well, slow and steady...  Will check out some hosts while its being done.... |

Oh and to describe what they deleted...
The frontpage showed just 4 odd folders, the forum was non-existent. very clean job.. amazing and unbelieveable.

That's an idea... A virus could have deleted it all. Still, wouldn't it have had to be uploaded at some point?

Good point.
I am going to examine my files carefully, just to see if it could have been one of my files. And, Kosta, I see that Star Trail is not available yet. Do you need the files? Let me know if you need anything, ok?
