oh wow ... haven't read this thread for quite a while and just found out that I was (a) a bad pilot and (B) a dumbass stupid enough to launch a rocked to kill myself and destroy valuable resources of the alien ship ...
 maybe I do better in the TFTD game ...  Oh thanks :Tom: for not blaming me 'coz of the skyranger crash ...  k: I'll rest in peace looking down on all hamsters and creepy insects ... farewell crew  |

Duckpatch still under alien control stands next to the Skyranger entrance, stopping anyone from entering/leaving. Eagle of Fire spots an alien but only has enough time to load another rocket in his launcher. Tom Henrik tries to help out, picks up his rifle and ridiculously misses. *next turn* The alien misses Eagle of Fire, but he doesn't and blows him to smitherees.  Duckpatch is no longer mind controlled (he ran out of ammo :P ) so he heads towards Eagle of Fire to heal him before he dies in 5 turns. |

And just when you thought things were looking up:
Tom Henrik moves out into the darkness and... is zapped. Ouchies. *next turn* Eagle of Fire goes berserk. Luckily, he has no rockets loaded, so all he does is dance around. SailorMars joins the fun and zaps a civilian. Aristharus doesn't want to miss out and zaps the crap out of the Skyranger and another civilian. I'm surprised they didn't hit poor Fruit Pie Jones who was very close.  |
