Lesson numero 1:
You never, NEVER, have too much RAM. Lesson numero 2: Your shared memory must be managed, eats valuable ressources and CPU time. Lesson numero 3: You NEVER use your comp only for gaming, and the day you will use graph progs, or want to shrink a DVD or whatever whatnot...., you gonna need all the ressources you can get. Lesson numero 4: Your 128MB (or whatever) shared memory will cause your OS to access the swap file much earlier and much more then when those MBs are free, swap file is fucking slow. Plenty more to add but I'm really too lazy. As said before, even a cheap Graphical card boost up your whole system. BENCHMARK it.
