Modern laptops can boot from USB flash drives (check BIOS/UEFI of your laptop). Setup a bootable flash drive with the Windows installation files, put the flash drive in a USB port on your laptop, setup boot device in BIOS/UEFI and start installation.

Win 10 or 7
One more question about Windows 10 : Is it true that W 10 does not respect user opinion and install updates without USER permission? Windows 7 Pro, 64-bits is my configuration. Thank you for Yr time and help.

Affirmative. Unfortunately, but true, you're forced to many things in Windows 10, though most of them can be de-activated through some more in-depth hacks, if you look them up online. But yeah, compared to my previous laptop (which burned out during the summer, may it rest in pieces) which had Windows 8.0, Windows 10 blows on many corners. There might be an alternative, though most games probably would become incompatible with anything but Windows.

Спасибо Вам Большое (TY very much). Hmm..i will stay with W7. BTW, i am using my laptop mainly for Games and translations. Writer, ABBYY10 +2-3 programs are abs. enough for me. I do not like to over burden the things in my life and PC as well. well, this is also Yoga principle. YOU, mates?

I believe that besides the USB Flash Drive, you would also have the following alternatives:
01) Boot via USB Flash Drive that was mentioned above; 02) Boot via External Optical Disc Drive; 03) Create an Image of your Hard Disk using Acronis True Image (has been the best, worsened and improved again!) and similar programs during Windows Boot via USB Flash Drive and External Optical Disc Drive; 04) Verify if your Notebook has such a Toshiba Original Factory Restore. You could do this via USB Flash drive, External Optical Disc Drive and / or during Windows Boot (repeatedly pressing one of these following keys depending on the hardware F5? F8? F10? F12? ); 05) My older brother uses Windows 7 and 10 and by comparison, Windows 10 is far more user friendly, intuitive and more compatible with modern technologies. However, I am still using Win7... I believe those are not available in Home Edition of Windows 10, at least I don't have those options, maybe Professional Editions have those options enabled. Although there is this little official tool - Link - which can be used to hide some unwanted updates. Hidden updates will be ignored forever until un-hidden again.

Then I recommend the Pro edition
The options you show are also visible for me, I just scrolled down to crop.
