Here you can't see much coverage of the war in Chad, but there are many emigrants comming from Chad which is usually good indicator that situation overthere is still really bad. Interesting point is that most emigrants that paid their visas for a small price of changing their 'religion beliefs'. I believe one of the agencies with this practice is now under law suit.
