They aren't the same, look at the score numbers in the bottom left of each of the screens. They're different.
It looks like one says 21466, while the other at the end says 26166. Anyhow the second number from the left is clearly different.

Ah i remember this one, though i think i only played a demo.
One of the fighters (the one that looks like bat) can just float in the air and another one can't reach him
