As for signatures, I am not displaying them, but not because of your signature , but as it does not look nice if I keep page open at work. (Same principle I keep on the other forums)

Seba, that's one of the things a lot of people don't like to understand. I knew a lot of people who where patriots, but they did not have a house painted in flag, etc. At the beginning of the war in my country, loudest patriots were the first that fled the country.

OK... Here goes anyhow - blood nose and all. Lets face it - wars are fought for three reasons I can think of - Land (wealth), Love (hello Helen) and Hate (revenge, racism etc.). All of these motives have in the past been diguised by natoinalism, patriotism or whatever other endearing term you choose to use.

In the end I think that loving your country and being willing to lay down your life for it is an OK thing - it is just not up to you to try to make other people in other countries try to see it your way and if they don't then try to force it on them...
