Sonic Generations
Since the glorious day that Sonic & Knuckles Collection becomes unprotected is less than five months away, AND since this year celebrates Sonic's 20TH birthday, I thought I should open up a discussion about his newest game, Sonic Generations.
It just came out for PS3 and 360 yesterday, with the 3DS version to follow on November 22nd. I have to wait until Christmas to play the PS3 version, BUT, there IS a PC version of the game, available as a digital download! AND it comes out TOMORROW, and is $30 compared to the console versions' $50. I'm buying the download version this weekend so I can delve into the Birthday Bash early! I'll report in this thread how the game is when I get it. However, I HAVE played the PS3 demo version of Classic Sonic's Green Hill Zone when it was available during the summer, and I have to say this: It ... Was ... GODLY!!! Im all up for a new Sonic game. Always been. Sonic gets too much criticism for not being as great as Mario.
Aside that, why do people forget that Sonic Color came out last year? |

Most likely because Colors was a Wii-exclusive, and everyone's declared PS3 vs. 360 the big console war of this generation. I myself rarely ever play my Wii (I know, it's sad.) because I'm so hooked on my PS3.
Surprisingly, the reason Sonic Generations wasn't made for the Wii is because the system doesn't have HD support. No joke, I read it on Wikipedia and it had a reference. |

I have heard some good impressions about Sonic Generations. Might play it sometime in the near future.

Just beat it
Well I just beat the game about 5 minutes ago. It wasn't as hard as Sonic Unleashed and definitely not as unfair as Sonic 2006, so it was a fun game to play through.
I'll put more stuff from my playing the game when I think about it... P.S. @TheChosen: I'm playing Sonic Colors on Dolphin via external hard drive, so that I can play it on PC and catch up on the game. Did the same thing for Sonic Unleashed Wii and Sonic 4 Episode I. I officially own all three games, so no big deal legally. |

Thanks Lulu. I hate Mortal Kombat now, and never want anything to do with it ever again.
