argh, i cant find fallout anywhere, i got fallout tactics, but i wanna buy fallout 1 (or 2)

You are sooo wrong there. Tiberian Dawn was C&C's project name at WW.
Want proof? Here's an excerpt from the DOS C&C 1.22 readme file:

That was written in '96.
